Hydrox Holdings 2021 Annaul General Meeting

Hydrox Holding’s had its 2021 Annual General Meeting at the Shelanti Tea Garden on 7 December 2021. Corrie de Jager, Our CEO and the chairman of the meeting, on behalf of the directors of Hydrox Holdings Limited, welcomed all to the annual general meeting and presented the years activities which included an update relating to our novel DEFT technology along with the introduction of our Advanced Alkaline Technology which the company is looking to commercialise near term.

The Advanced Alkaline Electrolyser (AAE) development presents an opportunity for the company to become the first OEM of liquid alkaline electrolysers in Africa with the ability to provide “GREEN” electrolytic hydrogen solutions and fully utilise the rapidly growing hydrogen economy to unlock Africa’s renewable energy production potential. It was further noted that despite all the challenges the company faces, the directors remain positive about the future of the company.
