Hydrox Holdings wins the Best Emerging Technology Award at the prestigious 2022 Monaco Hydrogen Alliance awards for innovation in renewable hydrogen
Hydrox Holding’s is proud to announce that its proudly South African Divergent Electrode Flow Through (DEFTTM) technology has received Global recognition at Monaco Hydrogen Alliances’ Inaugural Prize for Innovation in renewable Hydrogen. This prestigious competition saw 52 solutions assessed from 16 countries. Hydrox Holdings was honored to not only be invited to take part but to have walked away with the Best Emerging Technology Award and placing 3rd place overall.
Receiving recognition from Global experts further emphasizes the DEFTTM technologies potential to be the disruptive technology the world needs in order to encourage widespread adoption of cost effective, green electrolytic Hydrogen. With its innovative approach to water electrolysis well proven, Hydrox Holdings intends to further push the boundaries of what is possible through further developing its DEFTTM technology to handle higher operating temperatures and a broader range of electrolytes. By doing so Hydrox Holdings believes they can radically reduce the cost of green electrolytic hydrogen and ultimately unlocking the pathway for decarbonization of many hard to abate industries.
